  The item did come with adverts installed, which wasn’t as described, that being said I told the seller and he reimbursed the amount to pay to remove ads, which was fair and he got back to me within 1 minute of the initial reach out. Fair seller, admitted his error and fixed the issue, so I rate that as a top seller in my books!

  Was posted out quickly. The kindle was as described. It didn’t say in the description if it was the ad free or ad version, turns out it was the ad version. It’s not an issue but would have been handy to have been included. Nice solid packaging, postie popped it through the letter and it was unharmed.

  Very happy with the purchase, quick delivery, well packaged. Generally as described except was a black unit rather than the pink in the photo but was not worried about the colour so no issue.
