They were apologetic & have now given me a percentage refund, which i very much appreciate. The jigsaw itself seems good quality, sturdy, and as described. Putting the puzzle together challenged my brain and it was very satisfying to complete.

I messaged this seller to check if they had sent item, I got a reply saying they canceled my order, I was so confused, I wanted to re-order but when I asked about the protection I just keep getting nonsense replies! Bad English bad communication!
