  Super fast delivery, ordered at 17:02, arrived next morning at 09:55! The refurbished unit is well packed, in pristine condition, equivalent to a similar Dyson unit I had previously purchased (brand new) but at half the price tag of a new unit.

  The item arrived in very quick time which was great, unfortunately it failed shortly after receding it. However on contacting the seller they quickly organised a replacement to be shipped. This was received very quickly and is working well. All in all I can't fault the shipping and subsequent support! Great ebayer!

  After not receiving the remote in the initial packaging I felt a bit annoyed. But once I contacted them they resolved the issue promptly and sent me the remote immediately. The fan is in great working order now, however you do need the remote to operate this fan. 10/10 for customer support 😃
