  I have had a dyson vacuum cleaner for a number of years and this item was the second I have purchased from this supplier as a replacement for a worn brush . Ordered Tuesday and arrived the following day(Wednesday) via Post Office . Would rate this company with the full five stars for service.

  Fast delivery and good communications. The item was well priced but unfortunately did not fit my Dyson DC01. I was offered alternatives or refund and chose the latter. I believe it was an honest mistake as the seller doesn't make the product but was happy to sort out the situation and I would buy again from this seller.

  Item was as described, but I wanted this item to be included with a larger order, so I sent a message to ask for this. There was no reply to my message for two days; therefore, I had to wait another day for the 2nd part to be delivered. This company should check their messages more frequently.
