  Had to return item because warning light was not active. Very positive and friendly response from supplier who promised full refund. Had to activate return process via eBay procedure which was easy to follow. Return postage label supplied within minutes. Would use this supplier again as delivery was very quick and my complaint was handled in a very professional manner. Have just posted item back to supplier and awaiting refund.

  Excellent item and no issue with seller. However Evri the courier took 7 days to deliver which was unacceptable. I needed this item and had to buy another as I couldn't wait any longer. Given the option to refuse item when delivered and send it back, I wasn't home when it finally arrived so no chance to return it. I'm not paying to return it so I'll keep it. Positive feedback for seller, Negative for Evri.

  Although the item delivered was not the one ordered (not the sellers fault), the service provided for returns and forwarding the correct item and refunding costs, could not be faulted. Great communication throughout. Would use this seller again. Highly recommended.

  I am just shocked that I ordered a black spray can to arrive at the latest, as shown on their ad, around thw 22nd of March. It arrived on April 2nd. AND the item was cracked (cap and can both). On their last.communication they did not apologise and offered only 20% money back? Surely under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a service is not timely done and as much an item is faulty or damage, one can have their money back. We are not in the USA of now here: laws must be followed in the UK

  Hello and thank you for your feedback. We requested you return the goods at our cost or provide a 20% discount to keep the product as the lid has no effect on the actual use of the product. You agreed to receive the discount and the case was closed. We were happy to replace the product. I think we have been very fair. Thank you
