  Three very thick cards in one envelope (what could go wrong?) never arrived, blame placed on the post office (as always), and got refund as required by eBay and PayPal policies. Not up to seller. Necessitated another tedious search for three replacements. A Neutral rating seemed appropriate because, by definition, it is neither good nor bad.
