Seller’s offer was appreciated, though to me a 5 star response would be offering to refund a quarter of the cost, since a quarter of the purchase was missing.

Seller was great, communication was great, but FedEx and USPS were no help at all, blaming each other, no one taking responsibility, go figure. The seller is top notch though.

Because I live abroad, the return shipping cost was higher than the value of the product itself, so it made no sense to send it back. This is the first time I have been deceived like this on eBay, and it is very disappointing. Yes we too are disappointed that you attempted to claim foul when that wasn't the case.
