  Ordered 2nd set of keys because 1st key they sent was wrong. Reached out to the seller and communication was excellent and agreed to a partial refund. New keys were as advertised. Refund hasn't hit my card yet but I trust it will soon. Otherwise, an excellent and painless transaction.

  Still in the process of getting everything to work from this purchase however the vendor has been quick to reply. Services provided fast as well. They seem to be genuinely committed to their services. I'm rating this 4 stars, would be 5 if I can see the service done. It's proving to be technical but they are committed to tackling it.

  This seller scammed me. The service did not work, and after paying $99.99 through eBay, they demanded another $80 through Cash App to complete the order. I paid a total of $180 and received nothing — the cloning service failed completely. Seller refused to refund and ignored me. They take money off eBay, which violates policy. Avoid this seller at all cost not to mention how rude he communicates and act like I can’t read simple messages. AVOID AT ALL COST and REPORT !!

  This feedback is not accurate. Before any work began, we clearly explained the total service cost and the buyer confirmed. The service itself was performed exactly as described the original data was cloned successfully. The issue arose because the donor unit provided by the buyer was faulty, something we warned could cause problems. We offered support and even the option to re-check the work, but the outcome ultimately depended on the condition of the buyer supplied part, which was beyond us

  Purchased the service for the ECU cloning. My type of ECU cloning is not applicable for the price, Cost more to service. Asked for a refund and it was processed fast. Great customer service. Will use there service next time for different item.
