  Awful vendor. AVOID. They made a mistake with the item they sent. I contacted them, they denied a mistake was possible. I provided a photo, they again denied it was possible, and also claimed ebay had told them to not fix the mistake, and to ignore what I said. I sent two more messages, first received a rude reply that basically called me a liar, the final message they simply ignored. When I then reached out to ebay, ebay issued a full refund within a couple of hours.
