  Very happy with selection, asked for consecutive sets and requested some box sets I would like and it was taken into account by the seller and he indulged me. It was lovely to receive a mystery box and would order again. This was ordered for our personal use and it was nice selection. Thank you.

  Terrible! I paid immediately and 9 days I get an email stating something about my address label got mislaid AND now those aren't available. Surely you check stock THEN print and apply label! Yet tracking said it was sent to courier 8 days earlier. They then went on to offer 2 alternatives, a few pound back and 100 unboxed dvds, or 150 unboxed dvds for original price.

  We are sorry for this issue and like you stated, as soon as we noticed the error which affected you and a few other buyers, we did contact and offer several solutions including a full refund, more DVDs than you ordered, or a partial refund with the same number of DVDs. Your full refund was processed immediately. Again we apologise but I do believe we were as proactive as possible in trying to rectify the problem.
