  Shipping was rather quick (only took 2-3 days after shipment) I got a gaming laptop for a great deal and it is in great condition too, communication could have been more factual/less vague in general, he said there were no issues but there was a paper next to a port that said "bad", I don't think there is something wrong with it though, so I guess they probably thought it didn't work then it was resolved after he put it, overall great experience, exceptional quality for price, I'd give 4.5 stars

  Condition? What can you say about a bottle cap? It was a bottle cap. Value? Nothing special - - $5/100 is 'market' . Time to ship?? Hope you are not in a hurry. Took seller 13 days to get it to the shipper (shabby service) Communication? Seller doesn't feel it is necessary to talk to his customers - - . "Neutral" is a gift. They arrived. I won't re-order.
