  The rice cooker/steamer I ordered came promptly and very well packed. As I opened it, I realized I did not see there were cup sizes. The one I wanted to replace was 8cup and I had erroneously ordered the 5cup. I was so disappointed with myself. I contacted the seller and had great and quick responses. I am returning it and wished they had an 8cup to exchange, but they don't. So I am on the hunt again. The interactions and return with this seller was great.

To see this pan you wouldn't believe it had ever been used. Well worth the money. Packaging, excellent! Better than the description. No problem with shipping. Thank you for an awesome experience!   Shipment was received promptly, all the pieces wrapped securely. The parts were exactly as pictured. I only needed one part, but this model’s parts have been discontinued. Soooo, hanging on in case I need the others down the road. Glad to find this seller!
