  Item arrived well-packed and intact but box had been bashed in transit. Courier Evri/Hermes had it on Saturday but then cancelled delivery on two days (Weds and Thurs) and only arriving Friday evening disappointing the 5-year old grandson who is leaving Sat morning. No reason given for cancellation, no email confirmation of delivery, too long in transit.

  The parcel was lost by Yodel. Probably the worst customer service I have encountered. Don’t send a parcel with them. Seller wraps brilliant throughout and gave me a refund without asking. A very trustworthy and conscientious seller.
