  Shipped on time and packaged well but condition wasn't as described (Non-Working/Parts" and not "Working/Used" (stripped transport gears, split drive motor coupler, clogged heads, bad PSU, bad logic boards, bad display). Reached out to the seller asking for a partial refund and seller obliged; communication was excellent. Disaster recovery is more telling of character than failure avoidance.   Shipping was very quick, only taking like three days. The price was also an excellent value! Tested the worst condition router and it worked great and was as described. There was a minor issue that the power cables weren't included as advertised, BUT the seller immediately responded and offered to either refund me the value of the cables or ship them to me separately. Grade A customer service getting that taken care of so quickly, so I absolutely recommend this seller even just on that alone!

  The microscope I purchased was well packed but unfortunately arrived damaged, by no fault of the seller. The seller was quick to respond when I contacted them about the issue. I was given the option of returning for a full refund or keeping the item for a partial refund. Communication was great and we had it sorted out within a few days. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

  Light looks and works great! Fast/prompt shipping, although the packaging and padding was too lightweight for such a heavy item, but thankfully it only had to travel 50 miles. Anyway, it arrived intact and the listing description was accurate. Thank you!
