  I reached out to the seller but have not received a response. I purchased this item and received it in a reasonable timeframe. However, despite being an electronic device prone to damage during transport, it was shipped in a plastic bag. Additionally, the seller indicated that it would include its own case, which was not provided. I understand the seller’s policy states “No Returns,” but I have received no recourse or response regarding these discrepancies. Nothing to gain now for seller.
