  Item arrived today, late, but that was USPS not the seller. It went from Jacksonville to Indianapolis, to Orlando then back to Jacksonville. Then they sent it to Catano who sent to Chicago, then here. The seller did well.

  That is terrible. I'm very sorry you experienced this with USPS. I am very thankful that you understand the process and the system but do wish you nor none of our customers had to experience situations like this. I do hope to do business with you again in the future. Thank you for your purchase.

  Everything came as pictured and was delivered on time. Item was not firmly secured in box, but was sealed safely. There was some breakage, but putting it together is the fun part. Would definitely buy from the seller again.
