I accidentally brought what I assumed was the wrong item and messaged the company, received a reply within the hour, asked to send through a photo of my vaccum, and confirmed it would fit. Delivery in TWO days !! Communication, check. Product, check. Time for delivery, double check.

I contacted the seller, who responded quickly saying they were sent separately. The 2nd one arrived nine days later...the day I sent another email asking were it was.

They have left my parcel at the address 2 streets over (different street name !!). Only thanks to the honesty of those people I got the parcel hand delivered 5 days later than it was marked by eBay as delivered. There is no way to contact the seller and try to ask eBay for any help - good luck. I'm happy that eventualy I got my parcel at the end.
