  I cannot fault the items or the company even slightly ! I accidentally brought what I assumed was the wrong item and messaged the company, received a reply within the hour, asked to send through a photo of my vaccum, and confirmed it would fit. Delivery in TWO days !! Communication, check. Product, check. Time for delivery, double check.

  Item arrived loose in post bag 8 bags exposed inside with ribbon, they looked diffrent from the picture and did not have any box. No mention of Electrolux written anywhere. I contacted seller with questions they didn’t answer them only said they are from a box of 16 I asked them for a photo of the box they sent me a website stock image of a box 32. Seller then responded with what’s in the photo. I can’t tell if they are genuine, seller listing is not accurate to what arrives, there abrasive

  The transaction and postage by the seller without any problems. The courier company 'SENDLE' is very bad. They have left my parcel at the address 2 streets over (different street name !!). Only thanks to the honesty of those people I got the parcel hand delivered 5 days later than it was marked by eBay as delivered. There is no way to contact the seller and try to ask eBay for any help - good luck. I'm happy that eventualy I got my parcel at the end.

  Not a biggy, but items advertised are not what was received, because Miele have discontinued this branding apparently. Need to update description on website. Also, seller has retained an old email address for me even though I have changed my email address on eBay.

  The product ordered was the correct model and it arrived on time and I was kept informed about the progress of the order. Also ebay was the easiest site to order this product from as other vac sites were very glitchy.
