  I cannot fault the items or the company even slightly ! I accidentally brought what I assumed was the wrong item and messaged the company, received a reply within the hour, asked to send through a photo of my vaccum, and confirmed it would fit. Delivery in TWO days !! Communication, check. Product, check. Time for delivery, double check.

  I ordered 2 vacuums and 1 arrived in reasonable time, but tracking said the order was delivered. I contacted the seller, who responded quickly saying they were sent separately. The 2nd one arrived nine days later...the day I sent another email asking were it was.

  Not a biggy, but items advertised are not what was received, because Miele have discontinued this branding apparently. Need to update description on website. Also, seller has retained an old email address for me even though I have changed my email address on eBay.
