  Great seller! Very proactive in ensuring that I received the correct product. They sent a starter that had a different connection than the one I needed and after realizing their mistake, they reached out to me to let me know that they were also sending the correct one. They both arrived on the same day. They sent a prepaid label to return the incorrect item to them as well. They were very responsive to all questions that I had throughout the process.

  Every thing was great except they shipped the wrong starter. The people were great. Even called me to confirm address. It arrived in 2 days. Too bad it's the wrong one. :(. It's not the one in the picture

  Initially had an issue with a starter that failed after 2 months. I didn’t contact the seller directly and left a negative review, but they went above and beyond to make it right by sending a replacement quickly. Their customer service was excellent and professional. I truly appreciate how they handled everything. Great seller and highly recommended! Thank you again!

  Seller did a great job on the packaging very well packaged my neighbor from down the street delivered it to me no thanks to the post office. Alternator received in great shape. I received it two days later but at least it's here, thank you for all your help. P.s. thanks for the performance sheet on the alternator.
