I didn’t contact the seller directly and left a negative review, but they went above and beyond to make it right by sending a replacement quickly.   Seller did a great job on the packaging very well packaged my neighbor from down the street delivered it to me no thanks to the post office. Alternator received in great shape. I received it two days later but at least it's here, thank you for all your help. P.s. thanks for the performance sheet on the alternator.
