  Item finally arrived after 3 weeks of waiting. Changed my feedback to positive because seller put in an inquiry but wasn’t until they were contacted.

  There was a DELAY in the USPS service after the item was shipped. Perhaps weather or other problems. Tracking is updating and moving now. Sorry for there delay....
