  Leaving positive feedback because of price Only purchased because it was supposed to be 175 miles away in same state but took way to long for that Seller communication was good at least they asked had I received item yet and when I said I haven’t received it they started explaining shipping was beyond their control Come on 2 weeks to get something that should have took three /fours days at the most

  This review is for the item's seller, dsanker_outlet. This seller has been helping to work through a problem with these batteries not working with original equipment Kobalt battery chargers. I purchased two batteries, neither would charge. Simply put, the chargers don't recognize that a battery was inserted. I sent pictures and a description. The seller sent two more batteries with the same result. The seller has refunded my money and contacted their manufacturer. Too bad, but resolved.

  Item as described only thing is my vacuum I guess only reads it’s brand battery this company even send me a second battery free of charge to see if their first battery they send me was bad but my vacuum still wouldn’t turn on had to put back the original 1 that does in 5 min and still after all the back and forth this company reimbursed me for my money really good company always responded me and did everything to solve the issue great company I would recommend this company to anybody

  Received rather quickly and as communicated. They work as advertised. 2nd set and old ones are more than 3 yrs old and still going strong. Value is good since the OEM is way too expensive. Appearance is what it is - its a battery. No issues to report. I’ll buy again from this Seller.

  Thanks for the prompt shipment! Arrived well packed, undamaged, and as described. Although the capacity of these doesn't hold up to the original Kobalt 4 ah batteries.
