  I searched several sites for this sensor and found your site to be the best price and reviews. My first thought was if it was a used item or outdated item. All representations of the product was spot on, and the manufactured date was less than two months ago. So it was a Win / Win for me! Thanks for the quick response and shipment! Great experience!

  New as described, packaged well for shipping, and shipped fast. Hard to find these as they are discontinued, so its amazing to be able to source a brand new one. No issues getting it up and running in the RV.

  Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong water heater and had to return it. We had realized our mistake before it arrived at our residence, so after arrival, we did not open it and began the return process as soon as we were able. We took it to UPS for return shipping. Both ebay and the seller (thervsurplus} were great to deal with and would recommend purchasing from them in the future. Great experience!
