  First of all, I want to start off by saying how great the seller was. I ordered a fan clutch from him and it was delivered to my address with pictures of proof of delivery and all send to my surprise as I picked the package up notice how it was very light so I opened the package and the box was empty. I can tell the seller placed a fan in there because of the markings but no fan clutch I reached out to seller told him what happened. Without any hesitation. He mailed me another one. Great service

  Not sellers fault that USUS service has gone realy Bad and.unrealiale.My package was stuck at Dallas,Texas ror 3 Days without any update my package.This is my second incident with USPS service.My item is perfect and it fit my GMC nicely.No complain.Sorry for shipping issue.   Best experience I’ve ever had with an eBay seller. Had a shipping problem with FedEx this seller sent me another item at no charge and said he would deal with the shipper. I feel they have went above and beyond.Thanks

  The product came late with no packing in the box. The box was mutilated and the booster was damaged. There was never a tracking update even when it was late. I don't know if it even works, but I'm not going to install it and fill it with fluid to find out. It took a hell of a beating getting here with no packing. It weighs 22lbs!! Who would risk destroying a $200 product to save less than a dollar in packing? It says EVERYTHING about the vendor.
