  Purchased Diet Coke syrup on 6/6, it arrived 7/16 damaged, I refused it and sent it back on the same day. Contacted seller the same day, no reply. Contacted seller again on 6/20 no reply. Seller received the package back on 6/24 so I contacted seller again on 5/25. Seller has still not contacted me. He has my money, the damaged product snd still refuses to solve the issue. It’s a shame that I have to get EBay involved. I wouldn’t recommend this seller to anyone.

  I have made effort to contact the seller because my item took forever to receive a shipping update and once it was moving, I received notice that it was damaged in transit by the tracking company (NOT from seller). I contacted the seller and with no response, opened a case. In 1 week, this seller has STILL not responded. Absolutely garbage customer service and infuriating that I have to have eBay step in and wait even longer for a refund on a product I purchased 12/25/2024, now 1/16/25
