  The quality, condition, value, and appearance were all as expected for new bolts. As stated, the bolts were stamped with a harness of 12.9 on heads. The seller answered all questions. The shipping was rapid and the product arrived a week earlier than competitors. I rate this seller as excellent.

  Didn't realize the product came from Singapore until after I purchased it. Shipment took forever but not sellers problem. My bad for not realizing. I need the item sooner. Great Seller good communication

  Order placed 29Jan. Anticipated delivery at that time was 06Feb-19Feb. Received on 24Feb. The seller did contact me regarding a delay (due to Chinese New Year). Excellent communications/updates from the seller! Just wasn't expecting a 26 day lead time. All things considered, I would work with them again for non-time-sensitive projects, like mine was :-)

  The machine screws are working great for application. I didn’t mind the wait. Tariffs suck for both the US and the sellers from outside US. We are paying these bs tariffs. Sellers is great communicator and quick with response. Would buy again in the future. Highly recommend seller! Thanks.
