I just wasn’t happy with the tracking information. There really wasn’t any at all until it actually arrived, so I had no idea if it had actually shipped until it actually arrived. Other than that, great experience, thanks!

Please use better shipping protection though.. when my canvas arrived, the corner of the canvas was visible through a 2"x4" tear in the cardboard, along with other smaller tears in the packaging, leaving my canvas a bit dirty. The cardboard was thin/weak and more bubble wrap would've been helpful too. Once again, great product, would definitely recommend to others, just protect the shipments better please :)
