  2nd time I've bought from this seller. I very much recommend them. My item (bone china paperweight) is exactly as described, packaging was great & shipping was nearly immediate. Between the overall quality of the item, the care demonstrated in packaging and shipping and the communication & support I received from the seller before, during and after the sale, I received incredible value.   Fantastic seller! When the item I purchased arrived broken, I notified the seller and she immediately issued a full refund without hesitation. It was unfortunate that the item was broken, especially since she packed it so well. The Post Office must have handled the box roughly. The seller also offered to let me keep the broken item in case I could somehow glue it together again. I am so impressed with this seller's response that I will definitely purchase from her again sometime in the future.

  Incredible seller, fast shipping, good condition, although one of the pieces was broken I was able to put it back together with a little bit of glue. But it wasn’t the seller’s fault, all of the items were packaged very well with bubble wrap, and paper, so I think the issue was with the transportation I absolutely love the pieces. They are exactly as described. I can’t wait to put them on my Christmas tree
