  Shipping was delayed a few times due to Canada Post strike, but the package eventually arrived safely. The item was well packaged and accurately reflected the description. The pump worked well for now. Hopefully it will keep working for a few years. Very good value for the price.

  Overall 5/5, would definitely buy from this seller again. Seller responded quickly to all communication. Because of my university mailroom having issues the package was returned to sender, the seller re-shipped it free of charge. Item was well packaged. There was one loose nut causing the magnetic stirring feature to not function, I'm guessing this was due to the item being shipped across the country three times. I tightened the nut and the item works perfectly.
