  External box was damaged by courier & internal box was crushed as well. Seller did not reply to my message, so communication non-existent. Contents were ok, and the price was reasonable. Shame about lack of communication & lack of care by courier.

  Item arrived quickly, packaged in box but no padding inside, so it could move around. Described as ‘brand new’ in description but is not perfect: some dents on the back. I’m happy with the item for the price, & pleased with quick delivery but feel description was not entirely accurate.

  Box was damaged …as advised in description but it didn’t alter the quality of the fragrance. It arrived quickly and well packaged. Great value for a lovely perfume. Very pleased. Thank you.

  Great quality item and good value, unfortunately the courier company was a problem and packaging was damaged and 1 item missing but the seller was really sympathetic and refunded for the loss, very professional and courteous, would definitely deal with them again
