  I ordered a new power window switch from this store. They messaged me and asked for a photo of my switch just to be sure I ordered the right one, because there are several different ones for my vehicle depending on options. They shipped quickly and it was the exact part I needed. It even came with a special tool that made it easy to replace the old switch. They were very helpful and professional. It's rare to get this kind of great service! It works perfectly and the price was incredible!

  Even though the unit was faulty, they immediately took action once notified, refunded, and we ordered another. Their communication was unsurpassed. We can't review the unit yet, but the transaction was fantastic - very attentive.
