  I had questions about whether or not this was the right item for my daughter's needs. I did not know the technical details. The seller was helpful in letting me know whether or not it was compatible. They also let me know that they did do returns in certain cases, but to let them know if it wasnt the right item and we could go from there. They were super responsive and the unit shipped right away. Great experience! 10/10

  I haven’t received the item yet, but my interaction with the seller has been amazing. I needed to ensure that the item arrived in Seattle in time for my friend’s flight to South Africa and the seller - without additional charge - upgraded the shipping and added tracking to my package. I also asked if the seller sold a particular cable needed to power an upgraded GFX card, and the seller included the cable in my package FOR FREE! Who does this anymore? I can’t recommend the seller enough.

  I'm a very satisfied customer. My deck came packaged very well. Everything you pay for is as advertised. I fully recommend buying if you don't own a steam deck, especially if you want an upgraded storage. Even if you do own a steam deck and want another one, but upgraded.
