Great communication from the seller. Item arrived earlier than expected. Item was as described. Everything was accounted for and in great condition. For the cost of shipping, better packing would have been appreciated. It was wrapped in a plastic bag for protection from the elements, which is nice, but no other packing material was used to protect the item.

Technically, when describing plastic model kits, "new" indicates the box is factory sealed. These parts are factory sealed and appear complete. Shipping was free, and the price was very reasonable especially considering this kit is discontinued. Great eBayer!
