  The pump came in great condition, was packaged appropriately. We felt like the pump price was fair and the shipping seemed reasonable since it was going from Florida to Oregon. But was still hard to swallow the cost. The shipping seemed to take longer than anticipated (but that could be because we didn’t have water for a week 😏). I would definitely buy from this company again.

  The add shows Gould brand but the pump motor l received was a different brand , Had to cancel my installer but l had to pay for a service call This motor is going back to seller Very poor customer service l asked for a replacement but seller declined because he does not have it Still advertising the wrong motor on EBay Shipping was outrageous $50 within the state of Florida .it was a blue motor but was not Gould
