  Loved the bank note.The seller let it go at a very fair price for a hard to find note.Lot of history in this note packaging was good the seller shipped fast it was a Holliday so expected a few day delay in the shipping.Seller shipped fast as said but USPS sure took their time.A honest seller will keep doing business with dprc.
