There were issues with it arriving and my post office kept saying it had been sent back due to missing the apartment number. That wasn't the case. The seller worked with me and was patient. I did open a ticket with ebay because of what usps was showing in their system but it was incorrect and they ended up doing a second attempt and delivered it. I closed the ticket. Seller did everything they could with the information they had. I appreciate their help.
