  Super understanding seller. Lamp as described. Good value. Packaging was hard considering item. The lamp came shattered in the mail (likely poor shipping company handling, not seller’s fault) and I was refunded. No hassle, great communication. Thank you and I hope to return.

  Unfortunately this item was lost in the mail, however the seller, Robert provided immediate notification of the fact. After waiting an agreed upon time period and nothing arrived, an agreed upon full refund was quickly provided.
