  After receiving the items, I reached out to the seller to let him know that they did not work. His response was prompt, respectful, and extremely professional. He offered to send new products to make up for the ones that didn't work and I am awaiting their arrival. I have my fingers crossed that everything will go great the second time around and I would definitely recommend working with this seller because he takes full accountability for his products.

  Anytime I had a question the seller got back to me within 24 hours. My items came securely wrapped in Bubble wrap and then in a box with Styrofoam all around it. I was very impressed with how well wrapped and protected my items were shipped to me.

  Packaging and shipping was fantastic and fast. The item was exactly as described and the extra feeder was the icing on the cake. As this is a rare machine that hasn't been produced since 1999, I would say the price per value was on point. Thank you!
