  Excellent shipping and packaging. It was double boxed and all wrapped up inside with bubble wrap. Arrived quickly by FedEx. Everything was as described. I've not tried to use it yet, but it looks sound after being shipped. No major visible damage observed. Looking forward to using it soon. Thank you for taking care with safe packaging.

  Anytime I had a question the seller got back to me within 24 hours. My items came securely wrapped in Bubble wrap and then in a box with Styrofoam all around it. I was very impressed with how well wrapped and protected my items were shipped to me.

  After receiving the items, I reached out to the seller to let him know that they did not work. His response was prompt, respectful, and extremely professional. He offered to send new products to make up for the ones that didn't work and I am awaiting their arrival. I have my fingers crossed that everything will go great the second time around and I would definitely recommend working with this seller because he takes full accountability for his products.
