  My order was beautifully boxed and packaged. Unfortunately, two of the three ceiling fan shades broke on transit. The seller was very responsive and refunded the order.

  The glass lamp shade was received broken. The seller offered no apology nor did she offer any assistance in the matter. Sadly, I had to file a case against her with eBay in order to receive my refund. Strangely enough, the large glass piece that was broken from the glass lamp shade was nowhere to be found inside the shipping box. Photos attached. Please know beforehand that if you have a problem with an item that you purchasd from this seller, she will not stand behind her sales. Very, very sad.
