  Great communication right from the start. Let me know where we were at with shipping, even sent pics of the item as they were packaging to make sure I was happy with the appearance of the item before shipping it. The item arrived well packaged in a sturdy box with a thick layer of bubble wrap. When I opened it, it was in better condition than what it appeared in the pictures, which were good to begin with. I am very please with this transaction and would do business with this seller again.

  Item was delivered safely and wrapped and packaged professionally. However there’s a few spots where the item has seen some physical damage and because of the white background on the listed photos they are not noticeable. So I’m not sure if the damage was prior to the sale or happened during shipping. The way it is packaged doesn’t add up to the damaged spots. Iam happy with the item just disappointed that if the damage was there originally that it would have been listed in the description. 8/10

  The cards arrived protected on a flat cardboard space. They were well protected. The Quality of the cards are undeniable, and even when they were out of the unsealed box, the guaranteed hits were all included. The value of the box was incredible, and the hits I got look amazing!   The product came in perfect condition and honestly for the price and exclusivity, it was worth the money spent.   Originally I accidentally received the wrong figure, getting the May and Turchick one. I was worried I wouldn’t get Dawn but they very kindly sent me the dawn one i originally ordered and let me keep the other figure mistakenly sent to me. Very communicanative through the whole process and helped me greatly! Even provided tracking for the second shipment. Both figures packaged so cleanly and safely, no harm during shipping. Thanks so much i love my figure!!
