The seller was very prompt in resolving a shipping mix-up and communicated courteously throughout the process. I did experience some difficulty with the prongs not making consistent contact, as they are much thinner than the original; however, a slight adjustment significantly improved the connection. Overall, the seller provided excellent service, and I look forward to the opportunity to make future purchases.

I said no, and to start the return process. They then offered the same deal again (and again), I replied no, and to start the return process, and that the amount they kept offering would never be enough. Finally, enough time passed that I could get Ebay involved. Ítem is in the mail on it's way back now. I do not recommend this seller!

However, what they ship can't fit like they show. Seller was communicative and offered refund after discussion, detailed photos, but by then I had already invested in additional parts costing as much as the original purchase to make it fit. Seller was uninterested in correcting his ad and would not consider a partial refund due to their "limited margin" on the items they sell.
