  The item was exactly as described. The seller was very prompt in resolving a shipping mix-up and communicated courteously throughout the process. I did experience some difficulty with the prongs not making consistent contact, as they are much thinner than the original; however, a slight adjustment significantly improved the connection. Overall, the seller provided excellent service, and I look forward to the opportunity to make future purchases.

  Product came quick, well packaged, and as described. Fit perfectly into screw hole in the front of the car. If I tighten all the way it sits slanted and doesn’t hang straight down. I will need to buy some washers so the hook lines up properly and hangs down. Would buy from seller again.
