  Shipped quickly and item was well packaged. While the photos & description were accurate overall, there was one glaring omission: the laptop had a firmware password set which the seller couldn't provide. Communication with the seller was prompt and they were understanding, offering a return for full refund or a partial refund if kept. They accepted a fair partial refund, so I'm satisfied with their service, despite the mistake.

  Excellent, item as described. Not so excellent is USPS ground ship, my box was torn half open and item half exposed, not the Seller's fault at all. I would highly recommend Seller and will keep checking back for more goodies.

  So sorry to hear about the handling damage through the post office. I willreview how I pack items to add in extra packaging and tape to make the exterior of the boxes more robust as needed. Enjoy the Parfum.
