  Quality seems good, condition is new. The product turns on and looks good. Fair value. My only concern was the packaging, came in a packing envelope in a plastic box (should have been more secured) and item location, on the listing it said in US but packaging and track info said China.

  Seller took awhile to ship, but did communicate when he could ship it. A few days go by and I ask for confirmation that it was shipped. He said he had to check with his warehouse. My item was then canceled and he noted it was due to issue with my payment. This was false. He sent a link to where I could repurchase it at his other warehouse. I decided to not go through with repurchasing.
