I contacted the seller and provided clear photos, but they denied responsibility, claimed their packaging was “bomb-proof,” and implied I was being dishonest. Despite offering to return the item—clearly marked with their own writing—they refused to help and became combative. I do not recommend buying from this company. I’ll be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and disputing the charge with my credit card provider.
