Was also a little sceptical as the carboy was also dented and creased during transit too, but everything holding ok and no leaks so far. I think the packaging could be upgraded but overall I am very happy with quality, price and customer service.

Bought 2 10ltr fermenting jarswhich arrived very quickly, unfortunately despite the very substantial and strong packaging one was cracked. Notified sellers with pictures who got back to me very quickly and offered refund or replacement. I chose replacement as was just what I was looking for. Arrived again very quickly, would definatley recommend these guys.
