  Product arrived in good time, seller communication was poor. It said they would check vehicle reg to make sure part was correct but never got any info on this so I messaged them twice but had no response, even rang the shop number but it just says message via ebay and they will respond in due course not. Shipping details were the bare minimum with no tracking. Product looks to be as described and should fit ok, but not had chance to fit it yet. I would still recommend seller.

  Item as described, beautifully packed and despatched. Fitted to the car today, works as it should and I only regret not ordering two at the time hence having to wait for delivery of the next one. When contacted the seller indicated a small discount for the second one but I paid full price and am hoping he will honour the discount and refund my Paypal. Despite being made elsewhere it fitted perfectly as a copy of the original.

  very fast shipping, unfortunately elring are one of the main manufacturers of gaskets for my car and they tightly package the gaskets together causing them to be bent and out of shape and be a failure risk. I rather like this seller as they communicate well and offer things at a good price. For other applicable needs i'll be using this seller quite happily and I will avoid elring products indefinately as their quality control is poor & I don't like having to modify/fix brand new items.

  These Bosch iridium spark plugs are excellent quality items and arrived in perfect condition - very well packed. They are known to give cleaner emissions in my Toyota and are very good value at the price on offer. The service was excellent - very good electronic communication and DHL were excellent too for a very quick delivery. Many thanks.
