  Item arrived broken because of poor thin cardboard packaging. The seller responded quickly but offered a partial discount. The item has a cracked screen and is unusable and broken due to poor packaging. It is unreasonable for the seller not to provide a full refund. I am willing to send the item back with a prepaid return label.
